Tender Finalisation & Approvals
With the plans tailored to your specifications, we finalize the tender details and pricing. After the building agreement is signed, we handle all necessary documentation to submit your application to the local council and private certifiers.

Construction
At last, we’re ready to begin construction. This is the most active phase, starting with an onsite pre-construction meeting with your Project Manager to review the entire process. As the build progresses, our team will help you finalize selections and interior design details. We keep you updated at each stage, ensuring transparency and ease throughout the journey.
